Meet Your Property Manager
Jude, originally from New York City, moved to Portland, OR in 2010 to pursue real estate investing. A veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan, he served on the front lines as a Cavalry Scout before leaving the U.S. Army due to combat injuries.
Determined to continue his growth, Jude earned a Bachelor's degree in Emergency and Disaster Management with Presidential Honors from the State University of New York. His thesis on the Cascade Volcanic Arc solidified his love for Portland, prompting his relocation.
In Portland, Jude began investing in and rehabilitating properties across the Greater Metro Area. His success led to founding Profound Properties, LLC, dedicated to accountable property management.
Jude serves as treasurer on the executive board of the Portland NARPM chapter and is an elected volunteer on the Beaverton Urban Renewal Advisory (BURA) Budget Committee, now in his third term.
He is dedicated to providing excellent client service, emphasizing clear communication and transparency. Outside work, Jude enjoys motorcycles, time with his dog, and moments with his daughter.
Linh serves as the Assistant Property Manager at Profound Properties, LLC, joining the company in May 2023 initially as a Resident Coordinator. In this role, she engaged in conversations with tenants, learning about their unique stories.
She is an active member of NARPM, where she gains valuable insights into processes and systems from local property managers. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting and management, Linh recently completed a certificate program in strategic thinking and innovation. This education equipped her with skills in accounting, human resources, and decision-making, enhancing her ability to foster excellent dynamics for tenants and property owners.
Linh's tenure at Profound Properties has been marked by personal growth within the expanding team and the implementation of evolving systems to enhance service. With a strong commitment to organization and dedication, Linh continues to look forward to supporting tenants and property owners.
Outside of work, Linh enjoys staying active through workouts and exploring new cooking recipes.
Noemi brings nine years of experience in client services to her role as Resident Coordinator at Profound Properties. Her dedication to providing exceptional resident experiences is grounded in her proactive approach and attention to detail.
Outside of her professional role, Noemi enjoys an active lifestyle, frequenting the gym, and spending quality time with dogs. She thrives on collaborative teamwork and is passionate about achieving shared objectives, principles she is excited to uphold at Profound Properties.
Noemi finds fulfillment in learning new languages as a means to break communication barriers. With a degree in Administration, she remains committed to continuous personal and professional growth, aspiring to expand her language proficiency to connect with a broader audience in the future.
Nestor Gongora currently serves as a Maintenance Coordinator at Profound Properties, LLC. With a diverse background in customer service, market research, and project management, Nestor brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic skill set to his role. He firmly believes that "teamwork makes the dream work" and is committed to giving 100% to achieve the company's goals.
Outside of work, Nestor enjoys playing soccer and hosting cookouts. These hobbies not only keep him active but also allow him to connect with friends and family, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie that he values highly. Nestor is excited to be a part of this great team and looks forward to contributing to Profound Properties' collective success.
Arick Hoops was born and raised in Beaverton and attended the University of Oregon. He loves the Northwest and all it has to offer, including camping, fishing, and hiking. An avid wake surfer, he enjoys spending his summers on the Willamette River.
As a maintenance technician at Profound Properties, Arick is dedicated to providing the highest quality service to all residents. With a wealth of experience in property management and maintenance, his goal is to ensure that each rental becomes a more comfortable place to live. Arick consistently receives positive feedback from residents for his exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Beyond his professional skills, Arick enjoys sharing his love for the Northwest with residents, often providing tips on local outdoor activities and destinations. His friendly and approachable demeanor makes him not just a maintenance technician, but a trusted resource for residents.
2d ago I have been very impressed with the way Jude comes in to a new rental situation and quickly determines what needs to be done. He quickly and efficiently begins to execute his plan, and knows all the rules and regulations that need to be followed. I'm thankful to have found Profound Properties!
